Detail by Owner
1990 Volkswagen Corrado G60 Red on Grey 104k.
It is period correct modified. It has had a 2.0 16 valve motor swap with Rotrex supercharger kit, coil over suspension and exhaust that was done some time in the 90s. set of gauges, and a set of Phone Dialer wheels that are also from the 90s. These cars are unique in themselves.

The car has all the original paint but does have dents and dings some paint is waring but still shiny and looks every day good, motor is making a reliable 220 hp. Has 17″ old school Konig Phone Dialers with new tires but comes with the original wheels and spaced conservatively with new tiers(included)

Has its share of parking lot dings and scratches its all the original wait so it is a bit worn but still shiny . Interior is nice but has typical drivers seat ware and tops of rear seats have some sun damage (it is az), surprisingly the steering wheel seems to have been covered since new so it is impressively unworn. mechanically car runs and drives excellent, and is quick. Can reliably be driven on long trips. Has a few seeps and leaks, little oil little power steering nothing bad enough to want taking time to fix. solid car

I rescue the car from a public radio donation so i don’t have much previous owner info but i do have all the original keys and owners manuals, in addition to all the documents i have done to the car while it was in my possession. The tittle is a clear AZ and have scans of the previous tittle. Did a little digging and think the motor was swapped back in 1999.

This car was donated to KJZZ National Public radio, and i couldn’t let it go to scrap so i decided to save it, especially since it was such a time capsule car with its period correct modifications. I was in non running shape when i got it and i have spent countless hours bringing it back to life, and its now fast fun and reliable but the project is dun and its time for me to move on to something else.
