65′ Vw crew cab, 3 door with storage under back seat. 1600 single port (rebuilt about 10 years ago), trans rebuilt about 6 years ago. New alternator about 6mo ago. Original AM radio. Safari windows. Its never been lowered, and suspension hasn’t been altered. New upholstery and bed liner.
I have used this truck as a work truck for the last 18 years, and it’s amazing. It’s a daily driver, starts every time. Amazing advertising for a business! Back tail gates fold down to create a flat bed. This truck will go almost anywhere and haul pretty much anything.
For the past 2 decades this truck has resided in Arizona and garaged at night resulting in less rust then most autos of this age. There are signs of rust on the bottom of the doors and tail gates.
Your a celebrity in this truck. Every single day I drive this car I get people honking, waving, thumbs up, peace sign and stopping me to comment on the truck, It’s a head turner.
I would love to keep it but need a 4 wheel drive for wk and can only afford one car.
