This awesome VW, Volkswagen is located in South Florida but I wanted to offer it out on the west coast. Shipping is not all that bad. This vechile is hard to find so it is worth the shipping.
Newly painted and pinstriped, and yes it did have some rust before body work! It is 46 years old. Not any on frame, since original owner had it under coated. Remember “Ziebart”? Just had engine and mechanics gone over by “Bruce” the vw guru at Mcnab foreign cars. New points, plugs, belts, fuel filters and hoses, new carb, battery, battery contacts, new brake drums, new shoes, wheel cylinders, fuel sending unit, oil change, tailpipe, valves adjusted, all lights, signals, horn, wipers and gauges work as should. This double cab runs Awesome! So quiet, I think it has died at stop lights! New tie rods. Interior: new kick panels, door panels, knobs, cranks, pull handles, pedestal carpet, even original radio works…just needs speakers, I didn’t want to cut holes in kick panels. It is pretty unique, since it was not imported to U.S.
The bad: yes still needs a little work, some small holes inside, I have new window scrapers still to install. No not perfect, but a really nice head turner! Clear Fl.
