This car was originally owned by a woman in Virginia who loved and cared for it for 20 years. It was then sold to an enthusiast in North Carolina who owned it for the next 15 years. During that time it was displayed at several car shows, winning trophies for its pristine, original condition.

In 2002, the car was purchased by a Michigan VW fan who drove it 2,200 miles to a vintage VW show in New Hampshire.
The car came to its current owner in 2004 and has been pampered ever since. Garage-kept and only driven on weekends or to classic car events, this 1957 Beetle has its original 1200cc drivetrain and runs fine on regular gas. It has been repainted in authentic VW “agave green” and its red vinyl interior has been returned to its original condition. There have been a few aftermarket add-ons (specialty rims, dual exhaust pipes, side-door rain deflectors) but is still almost all original 1957 OEM.
