Its a sad day but our families Splitty is going up for sale, due to me moving away for university and family work commitments the bus will not be receiving the love and attention it needs for a number of years so we feel it best to sell to another home.
the bus received a full restoration after purchase and was completed 2 years ago with new panels replaced throughout the body work, as well as a reconditioned vaga engine (1600cc), IRS, front disc brakes, new interior, updated radio (classic look with Ipod connectivity), Rock and Roll metal frame bed, New Rims and tyres, roof rack, rag top to match paint
really is a stunning example of a split screen with sound weilding, only downside is the paint is beginning to crack on the front of the roof with some other signs of paint ware around the body also but these are minimal
the Bus was painted in a custom grey lower with all off white upper with the interior made to match and suit the car perfectly
Recently flew through MOT without any advisories and runs beautifully, was once used as my first daily driver, regularly maintained by James Watton of VDUBS in kent
