Everything is correct and present and accept for a sometimes sticky semaphore, in perfect working order. This bug is not restored, it’s in neer ment untouched condition. I did update the motor trans and brakes, for safe driving and stopping But kept all that I took off and it goes with it as a package.

MK II 1986 GTI stock original style Southern car. 1986 Golf GTI – 197k miles, 5 spd, leather, pwr windows, sunroof, Titled, insured, inspected, registered and roadworthy. Originally from NC, this VW has always been in the South. There is no rust or corrosion. Up until 2 years ago, when not being driven the original owner kept it in a climate controlled basement garage amongst his Porsches. When outside it was covered up. For the last two years it has been stored in the shade and in a garage. All of this has served to protect the original leather interior which is in very good condition for the age and mileage. The exterior has been repainted once in the correct Tornado Red and is also in very good condition.
